General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 - Duration of the stay :
The client who signs this contract for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 - Validation of a reservation :
The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of a deposit of 25% which will be deducted from the invoice on arrival. Deposits must be paid within 5 days of the reservation request.
The payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale for guest rooms.
If the Client so wishes, a reservation contract can be sent to him.
For bookings made by internet, as soon as the deposit is received, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the deposit with the details of the presentation booked, which will have the value of a contract.
If the booking is made by telephone, we undertake to confirm receipt of the deposit by telephone or SMS.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer :
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
- Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
- If the client does not show up before 7:00 pm on the day of the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
- In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation shall be retained in full by the owner. Any additional services not used will be refunded.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner :
When the owner cancels the stay before the beginning of the stay, for reasons beyond his control, he must inform the client as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail and offer him a replacement room of identical comfort. If the replacement solution is not suitable for the client, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, the client will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.
Article 5 - Arrival time :
The guest must arrive on the day specified in the reservation and at the times mentioned below. Rooms are available from 5pm. Please inform us in case of arrival after 7 p.m., beyond this time, please contact us.
Remember to book your table d'hôtes (meals served in the evening only on reservation).
Article 6 - Departure time :
Rooms must be vacated by 11am, after 12pm you will be charged an additional night's stay.
Article 7 - Payment of the balance of the accommodation :
The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival. Any additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid for at the end of the stay.
Article 7bis - Methods of payment :
On site: cash - cheques - holiday vouchers
At a distance: Bank transfer
Article 8 - Tourist tax :
The tourist tax is collected by the owner on behalf of the municipality and is then paid to the Treasury.
Article 9 - Change of rooms :
The owner reserves the right to change the room initially booked by the client for a room of the same or higher capacity, without the client being able to claim any compensation. In such a case, the owner will inform the client of this fact, the cost of the reservation will remain unchanged.
Article 10 - Capacity :
This contract is made for a specific number of persons. If on the day of arrival, the number of occupants is higher, the owner is entitled to refuse the additional persons. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of persons
greater than those refused, no refund can be considered
Article 10 - Pets:
Pets are not accepted at "Clos Bô-m". In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept animals and their owners by the owner of the guest rooms cannot be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner. Therefore, in case of departure of the guest, no refund can be considered.
Article 11 - Art of living, use of the premises :
All guests are asked to respect a certain way of life in order to guarantee the tranquillity of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, smoking is not allowed in the rooms. The guest undertakes to respect the etiquette in the rooms and in these general terms and conditions of sale. The client undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible damage for which he/she may be responsible. Children staying at the "Clos Bô-m" are under the sole responsibility of their parents.

Article 12 - The present conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice. Acceptance of and compliance with these conditions of sale shall be deemed to have been acquired upon payment of the deposit.
Article 13 - In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. Le Clos Bô-m" undertakes not to transmit the information you have provided to other companies or organisations.
Article 14 - Caution
- Our promotional offers cannot be combined.
- Conditions, rates and offers are not contractual and may be modified without notice.
